Oh dear, my dear Philips Sonicare DiamondClean,
Why won’t you vibrate as I expect you to?
Your once powerful sonic waves have lost their zeal,
Leaving my teeth neglected, feeling quite rueful.
I try the usual tricks, charging ’til full power,
Deactivating EasyStart, replacing heads anew,
But still your movements seem lackluster and unsound,
As if lost in slumber, unready to pursue.
My Sonicare hasn’t failed me before,
But this DiamondClean, this once-trusted friend,
Is now nothing but a disappointing chore,
A burden to clean teeth, a regretful trend.
I call the customer service line, my hopes high,
But the solutions they offer, I find them obscure,
Perhaps a trip to the store, to exchange and buy,
Or maybe a reset, to erase this annoying lure.
Oh Sonicare DiamondClean, how I miss your old ways,
Your vigorous vibrations, my daily cleaning cheer,
But until we meet again, in our previous days,
My mouth will remain unsatisfied, my heart filled with fear.
I check the head, as suggested in my guide,
But there’s no gap, no loose or wobbly abide,
Counterfeit, I fear, may be the cause at hand,
Yet how could I have purchased such defective strand?
I try the Philips Sonicare for Kids,
But the same problem plagues this toothbrush too, its rid,
Is there something wrong with this DiamondClean range,
Or have I missed some crucial change?
I check the W DiamondClean brush head once more,
But still I see this strange malaise sore,
Perhaps I should look at my charging cup,
Is it properly connected, should I have another nip?
But wait, I read about misalignment of the motor,
Perhaps my Sonicare has fallen, making this issue harder to overcome, or other,
Should I hold down the power button for twenty seconds,
Will this magic reset my brush, will it finally start transmitting messages?
But then I think, what if it’s not my brush at all,
What if it’s my power adapter, a different fault?
I’ll try it with another adapter, a new and different socket,
Will this cure my brush, will it make it all right, and I won’t have to ponder anymore?
But then I think, what if it’s not the brush, the adapter, or the socket,
What if it’s something else, something more esoteric, more complex,
Will I have to take it to a professional, a technician,
Will they know what’s wrong, will they have the fix, will they be efficient?
