In the land of smiles and laughter bright,
Where teeth both big and small take flight,
A tale of oral hygiene we’ll weave,
Of teeth and toothbrushes, that’s the theme we’ll seize.

Our teeth, they sparkle in the sun,
As we chomp and crunch and chew some fun,
But in the darkness, hidden from view,
A world of bacteria begins to brew.

They feast on food and gather by the dozens,
Creating plaque, a problem in abundance,
The toothbrush, our trusty ally, we’ll embrace,
As we fight against decay and anguish.

First, we choose a brush, our faithful friend,
One that suits our needs, from soft to trend,
We grasp it tight, a firm but gentle grip,
As we set out to clean, we’ll never skip.

We aim for every tooth, from front to back,
With brushstrokes swift, we won’t let plaque stack,
From top to bottom, we’ll make our mark,
As we rid our mouth of every spark.

But water flossing too, we’ll also learn,
To reach the tightest spots, where brushing burns,
We’ll switch the brush for a water stream,
As we banish debris, with every beam.

For teeth, so small, and those hard to reach,
We’ll opt for floss, a trusty friend we’ll keep,
We’ll thread it through, a deft maneuver we’ll pull,
As we banish food and keep our teeth dull.

But toothbrushes, oh how they’ve evolved,
From humble twigs, to bristled tools we’ve grown,
We’ll use them well, with skill and care,
As we preserve our teeth, beyond compare.

So let us brush, with fervor and a grin,
Our teeth, they’re priceless, let’s keep them clean,
For teeth and toothbrushes, they’re our friends so true,
As we smile and laugh, and let our joy come through.

There’s incisors, so straight and true,
They’re used for biting, it’s plain to view,
Canines, sharp and pointed, like little jaws too,
They’re for tearing, that’s what they come to do.

Next, there’s premolars, some might say bicuspids,
For grinding, they’re versatile in their gifts,
And then, the molars, with flat surfaces that glide,
For chewing and grinding, they’re a delight to abide.

But, teeth, they need care, for they’re prone to decay,
A habit, that we often ignore each day,
Brushing, it’s called, and done right, they will stay,
In our mouths, for years to come, come what may.

Enter the toothbrush, an ally in the fight,
Against plaque and bacteria, a shining light,
With bristles soft, or hard, depending on the plight,
They clean, they scrub, they make teeth feel just right.

There’s manual brushes, that we use with a flick,
To brush our teeth, and send plaque on a sick,
But, electric brushes, they’re something to lick,
With vibrations, they make teeth stand up, and quick.

Then, there’s water flossers, that rinse with such force,
That flossing becomes a breeze, and not a course,
For teeth, that are prone to gaps, or any sort of curse,
They’re a blessing, a boon, that’s for sure.

But, brushing alone, won’t keep teeth clean,
For flossing, it’s needed, to clean between,
And then, a diet, that’s kind to teeth, it’s seen,
With sugar, it’s limited, for teeth to glean.

So, here’s a lesson, that’s easy to learn,
For teeth, and toothbrushes, that need care to discern,
Brush twice a day, and floss between,
For teeth, that’s clean, and healthy, it’s a dream.
